1. About the Platform

The NEDI Procurement Management Platform ("Platform") is a B2B Software-as-a-Service product owned and operated by ABK Media India Private Limited (CIN: [Your CIN]), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at B1, Bishnu Rabha Path, Odalbakhra Lachit Path, Guwahati, Kamrup Metropolitan, Assam - 781034.

The Platform is used by North East Development Initiatives (NEDI), a project management division of ABK Media India Private Limited, for managing project sourcing, partner registration, document management, and proposal evaluation for development projects in North East India.

2. Eligibility

To use this Platform, you must be:

• A legally registered business entity in India
• Authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your organization
• At least 18 years of age
• Approved by NEDI administration after submitting KYC documents

3. Registration and Account

You must register and create an account to access the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ABK Media India Private Limited reserves the right to approve or reject registrations at its sole discretion.

4. Subscription and Fees

The Platform charges the following fees:

• Annual Platform Subscription Fee: Rs. 3,000 per year. This is a software subscription fee for accessing the Platform for 12 months. This fee is non-refundable once the subscription is activated.
• Document Processing Fee: A variable one-time fee for downloading official project documents. This fee is non-refundable once documents are accessed.
• Refundable Security Deposit: A fully refundable deposit required before submitting project proposals. This amount is returned as per the refund policy below.

5. Payments

All payments on the Platform are processed through secure, RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you authorize ABK Media India Private Limited to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. User Obligations

As a registered user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Upload only genuine KYC and business documents
• Not share your account credentials with third parties
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations
• Not misuse the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and materials on this Platform are the intellectual property of ABK Media India Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ABK Media India Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

ABK Media India Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms, without prior notice and without liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
